The rules for using Drop Sniper

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Drop Sniper AI ("the Service") operated by Drop Sniper ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1.Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use Drop Sniper. By signing up, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate. If you are creating an account on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business.

2.Your account

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your password confidential and your account secure.
• All activity that occurs under your account.
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access (email [email protected]).

One person or business per account. Account sharing is not permitted.

3.What Drop Sniper provides

Drop Sniper analyzes product opportunities using AI (currently powered by Anthropic Claude). The Service provides recommendations, scores, and strategy suggestions for dropshipping products.

4.Subscription and billing

• Plans — Free (limited analyses), Premium ($9.99/month), Agency ($49.99/month).
• Billing — Subscriptions auto-renew monthly via Stripe until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds — Refunds within the first 7 days of a new subscription, no questions asked. After 7 days, refunds are at our discretion and may be granted for technical failures or billing errors. Pro-rated refunds are not provided for partial months.
• Price changes — We may adjust pricing with 30 days' email notice. Existing subscribers keep their current price until their next renewal after the notice period.
• Taxes — Prices exclude applicable taxes (VAT, sales tax). You are responsible for taxes that apply to your jurisdiction.

5.Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose, including selling counterfeit, restricted, or stolen goods.
• Scrape, crawl, or use bots to access the Service (use of automated scripts on auth or analysis endpoints will result in account termination).
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code or proprietary models.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the Service without written permission.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts, our servers, or our infrastructure.
• Use the Service to harass, defame, or harm others.
• Submit content that violates intellectual property rights of third parties.
• Bypass rate limits, security measures, or usage quotas.

Violation of these rules will result in immediate account termination without refund.

6.Service availability

We strive for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We may perform maintenance, update features, or temporarily suspend service. We are not liable for downtime, data loss, or service interruptions, including those caused by third-party providers (Anthropic, Stripe, hosting providers).

7.Intellectual property

• Our IP — The Drop Sniper name, logo, source code, design, and platform are our property and protected by copyright and trademark law.
• Your content — Analyses you generate using the Service are yours to use commercially. We retain the right to use anonymized, aggregated usage data for product improvement.
• AI outputs — Recommendations generated by the AI are not protected by copyright (most jurisdictions do not grant copyright to AI-generated content). You may use them freely for your own business.

8.Account termination

You may delete your account at any time from your settings or by emailing us. This permanently erases your data (see Privacy Policy section 6).

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, abuse the Service, attempt fraud, or for any legal reason. We will email you the reason unless prohibited by law. If we terminate for a non-fault reason, we will refund any unused subscription portion.

9.Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Drop Sniper, its founders, employees, and partners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or loss of goodwill.
• Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
• We make no warranties about the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of AI-generated content.

Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations. In those cases, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by local law.

10.Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Drop Sniper harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

11.Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Drop Sniper is registered. Any disputes will first be attempted to be resolved by direct communication. If unresolved, disputes will be submitted to binding arbitration in the same jurisdiction, except for small claims court or injunctive relief for IP violations.

12.Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. Material changes will be announced via email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. If you disagree, you may cancel your subscription and delete your account.
